Today was fine as far as no meat, but I caved at the potluck at work and had some brownies, chips, and dip.

Breakfast:
nothing, wasn't hungry

Snack:
strawberries

Lunch:
veggie lasagna rolls & broccoli
grapes
brownie
chips & dip

Dinner:
shrimp and rice  ( I am still allowed sea food)
