Lunch:
beef stroganoff (HE + 2.5 syns)
peas
string cheese (HE)

Dinner:
grilled tilapia
salad- lettuce, carrots, cucumber, bacon, picante sauce

Snack:
banana
ff plain yogurt w/ strawberries
